The presentation of architecture through a static, two-dimensional medium, such as drawing or photograph, is always seen as problematic as it lacks variety of angles and because of the possibility of manipulating with various optical means and with light articulation of the observed object, which then results in disappointment when one views the same architecture live. One should perhaps consider publishing, instead of printed material, by using contemporary technology, audio-visual cassettes where the movement through space and time and sound would be expressed. Such a medium would certainly be more acceptable when presenting the chapel, the work of architect Maruša Zorec, although the rule that every architectural work should be experienced live still applies. Therefore, we invite you to visit Ljubljana.
